Wednesday Mental Health Break

It's been a doozy of a week, and it's only Wednesday. 

Sometimes what I need is to sit quietly with my journal or walk outside with my camera, to settle in to the rough moments or the anxiety or the sadness. 

But let's be honest - sometimes I just need a little escape.  A few minutes of laughter and lightness.
